- All Family services use SmartPAY Minutes that must be prepurchased before you scheduled an appointment.
- System requirements: Windows XP and a high speed Internet connection. CD-ROM drive and an available USB port in cases where software installation is required or device set up is included.
- Accept Terms of Service
- A service appointment cancelation fee of $20 will be from your SmartPAY minutes at the time of your appointment unless appointment is canceled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- You must purchase SmartPAY minutes before any appointment for service can be made.
- Customer's use of SmartPAY Minutes is governed by the Terms of Service.
- SmartPAY is a scheduled appointment prepay system that allows you to purchase SmartPAY minutes, at the rate of $1 Per Minute, for use with our non-subscription based services.
- The value of your SmartPAY minutes will never decrease.
- Your SmartPAY minutes never expire & all service is billed at a per minutes basis.
- Left over SmartPAY minutes can be used at anytime with any of our non subscription based services.
- This is a Six (6) month non-refundable subscription plan.
- Customer's use of the Plan is governed by the Terms of Service.

- Upon sign-up, credit card will be charged $24.95 for Unlimited Remote Service. Thereafter, customers will be billed $24.95 monthly on the anniversary day of initial purchase.
- Customer is not considered to be on the subscription plan until the JiffyTune-issued software is loaded onto their system. JiffyTune will attempt to clean the customer's system enough so that the software can be installed where needed.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew after the first 6 months on a month to month basis. After the first 6 months, customer may cancel at anytime.
- Any Windows XP PC (desktop or laptop) - diagnose and fix problems, PC tune-up, security, software support.
- Support and Tutoring for any and all software, unless stated otherwise. If we do not know the software we will attempt to learn it enough to teach you its basic use.
- Google Email - Setup and operation - basic/advanced feature training.
- Google Calendar - Setup and operation - basic/advanced feature training.
- Google Office (Docs) - Setup and operation - basic/advanced feature training.
- Google Sites - Setup and operation - basic/advanced feature training.
- Google - All other services - Setup and operation - basic/advanced feature training.

What the subscription plan supports
This plan includes installation, usage and navigation for all JiffyTune supported applications and Premier Services (and limited diagnostic assessment only, for applications not supported by JiffyTune).
What the subscription plan does not support
This plan does not include support for accounting, financial, database, CAD/CAM or similar software; network, router printer or scanner support, or on-site computer support (in-home/in-office).
Unlimited Online PC Support - refers to support for a single PC and specific issues outlined above. If JiffyTune determines that any customer is abusing or otherwise using the service excessively, customer will be notified and JiffyTune may restrict or terminate customer's access to the service. If JiffyTune determines a customer is using the service for illegal or inappropriate activities, this may be deemed reason to cancel subscription. Please see the Terms of Service for details.
